Nabard Systems - Combat and Fitness

Nabard Systems is comprised of two main areas of focus. The original focus was a martial art combat method where Master Safakhoo developed a uniquely spontaneous and flexible system. The second focus was developed by Master Safakhoo as a supplement to his combat system which provides an equally unique experience and result that has taken on a life of its own. Not Quite Done Afterall...

Well we walked out of the restaurant and the warrior went missing. I found him in this snow pile on the side of the parking lot. He was having a blast in the snow. He kept saying "Look at me! Look at me! I'm climbing a snow mountain!"
